In 1987, I graduated
from UMass Dartmouth (formerly known as Southeastern Massachusetts
University) with a BFA in illustration. |
|
|
Immediately following graduation, I taught miyself the computer graphics and as many software applications as possible. Entering the professional world I worked as a full-time employee and later, as a free-lance artist. I created everything from corporate presentations, to the localization of software and other material (into foreign languages), When my husband started his own company, I left the corporate world to become his creative partner and full-time designer. |

After having two children and retiring from the work-force, in April, 2002, I decided to return to my fine art roots and put the old degree to work and began to seriously teach myself how paint. After a short time dabbling with decorative painting, I began to paint pet portraits and still life painting, compiling quite a portfolio! |

| I have shown my work in juried shows, written two articles for WetCanvas.com (known on the forums as Leslie Pz), donated work to charity and have been commissioned for many pet and people portraits. | |
